The American Communist Party condemns the bombing and wanton aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran by the criminal U.S. regime and the Zionist entity. We stand in full solidarity with the Islamic Republic, alongside all the free people of the world, in defending itself against the criminal imperialist banditry.
The war on Iran is contrary to the interests of the American people and has been launched illegally beyond the enumerated popular sovereignty of the American people according to the U.S. constitution. It is a war waged on behalf of the Epsteinite ruling class. The children of the wealthy elites implicated by the Epstein files will not bear the consequences: it will be the sons and daughters of working class Americans.
Iran is not the enemy of the American people. It is the American capitalist class now bombing Iran who are the enemy of the American working man and women. The ruling financial capitalist oligarchy, who both profit from war and reap its ill-gotten spoils, are simultaneously responsible for the impoverishment, oppression, misery, and suffering of the American people with insurmountable debts.
The only war the American people need to be waging is against their treasonous regime at home. This includes not just the current administration but the entire regime: the monopolists, bankers, money-managers, and other financial oligarchs whose dictatorship remains constant across all administrations as a rule.
The American Communist Party (ACP) unequivocally condemns the illegal abduction, torture, and fabricated charges leveled against Booker Ngesa Omole, General Secretary of the Communist Party Marxist-Kenya (CPM-K). This egregious act constitutes a grave violation of human rights and a blatant assault on international solidarity.
On February 24th, Comrade Omole was kidnapped and terrorized by plainclothes agents of the state who neither identified themselves nor conducted a legal arrest. In the process, they fractured his arm and are currently denying Omole access to lawyers or family, a tactic synonymous with dictatorial regimes. These acts of barbarism demonstrate the depths of the Kenyan government’s campaign to suppress anti-imperialist voices and criminalize dissent.
Comrade Omole has been transferred to Kitengela Remand Prison, a detention facility well known for its brutality. The court, acting with open hostility, has denied him both cash bail and urgent medical care. This is not justice; it is political persecution.
As reported by the CPM-K, Comrade Omole was thrown into a filthy cell. An unknown man was sent to defecate in the corner, with poorly cooked food dumped beside the waste. Comrade Omole was then forced to clean the human filth. This is not detention; it is torture.
The Kenyan state has concocted a series of ludicrous charges against Cde. Omole. These include:
• Links to a "drug cartel": This preposterous claim is pure political theater. Cde. Omole’s only connection to Venezuela is his solidarity with Nicolás Maduro. Internationalism is not narcotics. Anti-imperialism is not a crime.
• Allegations of assault: These are a deliberate distortion of the truth. Plainclothes operatives grabbed Cde. Omole, without identifying themselves, displayed no badges or warrants. Any altercation that arose from this illegal abduction was not resistance to the law. Kidnappers cannot masquerade as police and cry victim.
• Firearm Possession: Cde. Omole is a licensed, legal firearm owner. At the time of his arrest, he was unarmed. Police later searched his rented apartment, and the firearm was voluntarily handed over, along with the license. This is not a crime; it is harassment and a fabrication dressed as law.
The Kenyan state’s accusations - alleging that Cde. Omole attempted to kill the police, assaulted the police, and has connections with Nicolás Maduro in a supposed US drug cartel - all stem from his organizing a demonstration at the US Embassy demanding Maduro’s release, which is a grotesque slander. This is a transparent attempt to criminalize dissent and political struggle.
After abduction, torture, and illegal confinement, Comrade Omole is now being brought before the courts under heavy police control. They deny access to his supporters and isolate him, attempting to break his spirit and intimidate the movement.
The American Communist Party demands the immediate and unconditional release of Booker Ngesa Omole. The attacks on Cde. Omole are part of an escalating campaign of repression against communists, socialists and anti-imperialists worldwide. This persecution reveals a pattern in which accountability yields to political power, a pattern witnessed throughout the world.
We will continue to fight for his freedom and expose the injustices perpetrated against him. We call upon all progressive forces worldwide to join us in demanding an end to the political persecution of Booker Ngesa Omole.
The American Communist Party condemns in the strongest possible terms the recent killing of Alex Pretti by agents of the United States Border Patrol in Minneapolis. Alex Pretti was an Air Force Veteran, an ICU nurse at the local VA hospital, and a valued member of his community. He was exercising his constitutional rights as an American citizen when he was executed by agents of the state. This tragic event is not an isolated incident, but part of a dangerous pattern of escalating state violence against the people.
When armed agents of the state can kill with impunity, it represents a fundamental failure of justice and a threat to the liberty and security of every American, regardless of background, immigration status or political belief.
Our position is grounded in a consistent principle: all legitimate power derives from the working class. The current political system, in a state of advanced decay, has produced unaccountable agencies that operate beyond any meaningful public control. The unchecked authority demonstrated in this case is a direct result of this systemic collapse, where the institutions meant to serve the people now terrorize them. A government that fears its people is a republic; a people that fear their government is the definition of tyranny.
This incident brings into sharp focus the parallel assault on the Second Amendment. We view this not through a partisan lens, but through the clear-eyed understanding of power. Efforts to erode the right of the people to keep and bear arms constitute a unilateral disarmament in the face of a growing and unaccountable state apparatus. The final check on tyranny has always been, and must remain, the organized and mobilized people themselves.
To surrender this right is to surrender the last defense against the very state violence witnessed in Minneapolis.
We make our appeal to all Americans:
• To conservatives who champion individual liberty and limited government, we see a state that respects neither.
• To liberals concerned with civil liberties and due process, we see those principles discarded.
• To apolitical citizens seeking safety and fairness, we see a system that offers nothing but violence.
The defense of our communities and our rights cannot be outsourced to a corrupt political class. It is the duty and the right of the people to hold power directly accountable, by exercising their lawful rights in making their voices heard, contacting their elected representatives, and if necessary, using the greatest power at the disposal of the American people — its labor, buying power, and electoral power — to reassert the principle of popular sovereignty enumerated in the US constitution: Withholding labor, buying power, and votes as a means of refusing to give consent to the illegitimate and criminal actions of the regime. This holds not simply for the outrageous excesses of ICE in Minneapolis, but the criminal and rogue actions of the US regime more generally, both domestically and abroad. The American Communist Party calls upon the American people to reawaken to the basic principle of popular sovereignty, reaffirm their constitutional and civil rights, and cease to accept the attempt by the regime to lawlessly intimidate them into passivity, silence and complacency.
The American people have a fundamental right to defend their lives, liberties, and communities. The true power behind the USA is the American people themselves. The founding purport of the USA as a Republic of, by, and for the American people has long been disregarded by the ruling regime, and it can only be reasserted through a conscious and vigilant population which resists every kind of slavery, intimidation, and indignity which the ruling capitalist class attempts to continuously impose upon them.
The American Communist Party stands with the American people through their tumultuous struggle to rediscover and reassert their popular sovereignty and rights as a nation — across ‘liberal’ and ‘conservative’ labels, across the false divisions imposed upon the nation by the duopoly system, and rooted in the fundamental solidarity of the American working class.
In light of the recent events in Minneapolis, the American Communist Party regards it as necessary to present its position in the spirit of Party independence. Neither the Democratic nor Republican Party — nor the ‘conflict’ between them — has any authority in defining the position of the Communist Party. Our position is premised on a full, unequivocal and principled rejection of the duopoly system and the gerrymandering of the public into two teams playing the same Zionist game of eroding the popular sovereignty and constitutional rights of the American people from different zones of the same field.
The recent wanton acts of piracy and aggression of the US regime, both in Venezuela and in international waters, clearly reflects the following: the US regime lacks all moral authority and legitimates its rule on the basis of force alone. Our Party has been clear and unequivocal in previous statements that foreign imperialist aggression inevitably corresponds to the erosion of sovereignty and rights domestically. To paraphrase Lenin, a nation which oppresses other nations cannot itself be free.
Recent events in Minneapolis involving the cold-blooded murder by ICE agents of 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good — a mother of three and Legal Observer tasked with protecting the lawful and constitutional rights of demonstrators — nakedly reveals the domestic significance of US regime’s fascist foreign aggression. Our Party has been steadfast in its opposition to the gross expansion of extra-constitutional agencies like ICE.
The Trump administration and its propagandists would have us believe that Good was somehow a dangerous and violent rioter. A cursory observation of facts and consideration of common sense contradicts this. The American public sees right past such lies.
This overall tendency of the US regime to transition into an open, fascist dictatorship and police state is constant across all contemporary US administrations whether Democratic or Republican. Under both the Biden and now Trump administrations, the American Communist Party has consistently advocated for the defense of the constitutional rights and liberties of the American people against this tendency. The long-term erosion and degradation of the rights and sovereignty of the American people is bipartisan, as are the recipients of US regime terror.
Americans should not allow false duopoly narratives and ‘team sports’ politics to get in the way of correctly condemning this outrageous violation of the rights of the American public. Regardless of anyone’s views on immigration, Americans have the lawful right to protest policies undertaken by the federal government. That ICE, an extra-constitutional body, murdered a Legal Observer is especially significant.
Some attempt to argue that Trump was elected on a popular mandate to forcibly remove immigrants, and therefore, demonstrators have no right to protest ICE. This argument is false on two accounts:
Firstly, what Trump promised the American public was that the government would target and remove violent criminals, drug dealers, and gangs who entered the US illegally. It is natural that the American public is outraged at the inhumane excesses and brutality of ICE in targeting peaceful, otherwise law-abiding members of communities across America.
As the cold-blooded murder of Renee Nicole Good proves, the far-reaching, wide, and extra-constitutional employment of powers by ICE violates not only the rights of immigrants but also US citizens.
Secondly, even if ICE were carrying out a truly popular mandate, American citizens would still have the lawful right to demonstrate against it.
It should come as no surprise that the American public rejects the US regime. This regime has lost all moral authority and openly claims to rule by brute force alone, independent of the founding principles upon which our Republic is supposed to stand. This tendency accelerates the inevitable breakdown of the United States itself. The events in Minneapolis reflect the real conditions of the irreparable systemic dysfunction which will ultimately lead to a second American civil war.
The American Communist Party rejects the system of legalized slavery and mass immigration. However, it also rejects the growth of the police state and the criminal, extra-constitutional tendencies of the US regime whether under a Democrat or Republican administration.
In our Party’s view, the root causes of mass immigration lie in the dictatorship of the capitalist class. Only through the establishment of a worker’s republic and socialist planned economics can the flow of populations be managed on a rational and orderly basis.
The Zionist-controlled Trump administration will certainly attempt to frame the coming events around the question of mass immigration, “antifa,” the Democratic Party, etc. The American public, increasingly united on a common basis against the Epstein regime, must come together and oppose any pretext for the further erosion of our constitutional rights and liberties.
The American people must unite across Party lines on the basis of a genuine restoration of popular sovereignty and an ending to the occupation of the American people by the unelected Imperialist-Zionist-Bankster police state machine.
On December 19th, 2025, during “Jesse Watters Primetime” on the lying Zionist-owned and controlled Fox News channel, Zionist shill and fraud Jesse Watters, strung up a malicious and defamatory lie about the American Communist Party without any semblance or basis in fact.
Before showing footage of California Chapter members of the Party engaging in physical fitness, he claimed “Democrats aren’t celebrating, they’re running Communist boot camps.”
Watters has engaged in outright libel by claiming that the physical training exercises of the American Communist Party are ‘ran’ by the Democratic Party. The American Communist Party condemns and rejects the genocidal Zionist-controlled Democratic Party in terms as equal and unequivocal as it opposes the Zionist-controlled Republicans.
That Fox News would resort to using footage of our Party to reinforce its increasingly bankrupt, duopoly-dependent political narratives reveals an altogether unsurprising level of pathetic desperation on their part. As Americans are increasingly coming together on the basis of rejecting both the Democratic and Republican Party, which are really two arms of the same Party of Epstein, employing footage of the American Communist Party as a means to reinforce these increasingly outdated divisions could not be more perfidious.
In contrast to the Party of Epstein, the American Communist Party is really and genuinely a Party of the American working class, and strives to be the leading Party of the real American nation. Not the sleazy, disgusting, botox-ridden, fake, inauthentic, Zionist world Fox News attempts to imprison America in, but a real voice for the American people — struggling through record inflation, exploitation, and bitter oppression by ever-increasing rents.
The American Communist Party condemns Fox News and Jesse Watters in the strongest possible terms. Simultaneously, the Party challenges Jesse Watters to a public debate with Party chairman Haz Al-Din. We call upon Jesse Watters to let his own audience judge for themselves what they think of the Communist Party after being given a real opportunity to be presented with facts, an opportunity they clearly will not receive from any of Watters’ tired, pathetic, and stale monologues he confuses for journalism.
The American Communist Party condemns the reactionary attack by the “Constitutional Tribunal (TK)” in Poland against Poland’s working people. This illegitimate tribunal has declared the Communist Party of Poland (K) illegal. This is not just an attack on the KPP, but rather an attack on all socialists, communists, trade unionists, and anti-fascists in Poland today.
The Polish ruling class, which made this bestial ruling, is composed of EU technocrats and American stooges. The Polish bourgeoisie fear the people of Poland and the legacy of socialism. With the collapse of the Banderite Kiev regime, the weakening of NATO and the EU, the Polish elite are determined to wipe out any real opposition to their rule. The policies of the Polish ruling class, such as austerity and armed backing of Banderites in Ukraine, have hollowed out the Polish economy, led to mass emigration, and presently endanger Poland with a nonsensical, hostile foreign policy towards the Russian Federation. The Polish people have not benefited from the thirty years of bourgeois rule in Poland.
The TK attack on the KPP is a direct attack on the working class of Poland and the memory of all Poles who fought against the scourge of Nazism. By equating Nazism and Communism, the Polish regime is in denial of historical truth. Communism defeated fascism on the battlefields of World War II. Poland contributed to this victory with the anti-fascist resistance of the People’s Guard, Jewish Fighting Organization, Polish First and Second Armies, the Polish Workers Party, and the Union of Polish Patriots. Polish troops alongside their Soviet counterparts liberated Berlin in 1945. To equate Communism with Nazism is a disgrace to the memory of those Poles who fought against Nazi Occupation and who defeated fascism in 1945.
Hands off the KPP! Long Live the Polish Working Class! International Solidarity!
The American Communist Party commemorates the 108th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. The Party extends revolutionary greetings and solidarity with all anti-imperialist and revolutionary parties worldwide.
On this anniversary of the October Revolution, the Party invites all forces throughout the International Communist movement to reflect upon its lessons and lasting significance in light of recent and developing trends in the areas of the looming threat of global war, the emerging second American civil war, worldwide economic instability, and civil unrest.
The so-called post-Communist rules-based world order has proven to be untenable, and the triumph of global liberalism and capitalism a mere facade. The same contradictions of modern society that produced the great modern revolutionary traditions clearly and evidently still prevail in shaping the continued development of history, and by no means can be regarded as having been resolved with the emergence of the unipolar American system — on the contrary, they have been magnified and intensified to an unprecedented degree.
Still, it is the view of our American Communist Party that the great bulk of non-governing socialist and left-wing forces, especially within the imperialist countries, have yet to draw fundamental lessons from the October revolution, regarding it as merely one chapter in the saga of “social-democratic” and liberal “leftist” traditions of civil disobedience, and civil protest movements. The October revolution has yet to be given appropriate consideration as having marked a qualitative rupture with political liberalism, “social democracy” (including its various mutations in “democratic socialism”), and all other political traditions of bourgeois civilization.
Now, more than ever, it is necessary to defend the memory of the October Revolution from not only those falsifiers of history which vilify it outright, but also from those “democratic socialist” opportunists who attempt to relegate it to the status of a mere footnote in the history of bourgeois political civilization. Today, there is no shortage of political opportunists, successful only in breathing newfound popularity in the term ‘socialism,’ of the same type which the triumphant heroes and titanic personalities of the October revolution struggled arduously against as enemies of the international working class. There are those which cast the recent electoral victory of US politician Zohran Mamdani as a newfound source of hope for the domestic and global “left,” failing to comprehend the dangers of confusing the bourgeois “socialism” of Democratic Party careerists with the historical socialism of the proletariat, which, unlike the thoroughly bourgeois “democratic socialists” had always genuinely been rooted in the working class, peasantry, and other popular forces.
The Great October Socialist Revolution was, in addition to being a real proletarian revolution, also a genuine people’s revolution, commanding and rousing the enthusiasm and active participation of the overwhelming majority of the Russian peasantry and industrial proletariat. Not as the fanciful propaganda of bourgeois intelligentsia, who confuse their swollen ranks of petty-bourgeois careerists and professionals with the masses - but genuinely so, as a revolution of the real masses and the real people of the nations of the then former Russian Empire, in all their “backwardness” and, as today’s “progressive” intellectuals would have almost surely regarded them, “deplorability.”
Within American politics, the contradiction between actually and effectively revolutionary politics with the self-professed kind could not be more stark. Self-professed “leftists” enjoy the backing of major financial institutions, media, academia, and other forms of hegemonic backing by the imperialist state. This is a principal contradiction within socialist politics in the United States and the West.
The American Communist Party would like to remind all forces of the global left that the Great October Socialist Revolution served not only as a thorough repudiation of capitalism, liberalism, and other outright representatives of the bourgeoisie — but also of the then prevailing, opportunist forces which falsely proclaimed themselves the representatives of international socialism.
We condemn The Daily Show in the strongest possible terms, renowned and despised among the American people for its arrogant bourgeois elitism, for its sinister attempt to legitimize the now-defunct “CPUSA” and its so-called former co-chair Joe Sims as representatives of Communists in America.
The CPUSA has been reconstituted for over a year, with legitimate representatives from dozens of its own clubs, in the midst of the total liquidation of democratic centralism, ratifying the decision to declare the American Communist Party as the official and legitimate reconstitution of the CPUSA.
Additionally, it is well known that the CPUSA is a defunct organization in practice as well as in procedure. It is, in practice, the retirement fund of a small clique, whose pension depends on the anti-communist Democrats of People’s World, who own the Party’s historic fortunes and wealth and thus pay the revenues and salaries of its leadership.
The Daily Show, in falsely portraying the CPUSA as America’s preeminent Communist Party, makes a mockery of American Communists. The smug, arrogant, sniveling bourgeois simpleton did nothing but mock and degrade Joe Sims on camera, who allowed her to condescendingly belittle him and thus by extension the historical CPUSA.
This shameful and disgraceful provocation aimed at humiliating the historical CPUSA is an insult to the legacy of William Z. Foster and all heroic American Communists who fought tirelessly to build an independent and preeminent party of the American working class.
The American Communist Party marks the first anniversary of its reconstitution and declaration on July 21st, 2024.
The first year of our Party’s reconstitution was marked by the long, difficult process of building up the foundations of our Party structurally, materially, and operationally. The American Communist Party began only with a principle, purport, and a dream.
The past year has been marked by this dream acquiring reality. Our Party did not declare itself in a complete state — but one year later, our Party’s structure of democratic centralism has finally been completed — and the basic foundations of Party organization, operations and coordination have been successfully laid.
We can now proudly say that our Party is a working Party, up-and-running not just in principle but in actuality. Party operations are conducted smoothly, consistently, and regularly, as cadre have adapted to what is now emerging as a unique Party-wide culture and work ethic.
The American Communist Party regards the true destiny and future of this country to lie in the masses of working people. It deigns to wager on the working masses, rather than curry favor with ruling institutions, moneyed elites, and the imperialist hegemony.
It believes in the multitudes of poor, downtrodden, exploited peoples, who have yet to acquire their own independent voice in US politics. This wager is above all the principal risk taken on by our Party from its inception. Not the risk incurred by a political ideology, label, or scary word, but the basic risk of standing up for the American working class — where no one else has the courage.
Such a principled commitment transcends superficial appearances and labels, and it is what gives true substance and meaning to the name Communist.
The road ahead will be long, arduous, and difficult — as it has always been for Communists throughout history. The Party regards its own victory as the victory of the American working class and vice versa. History has shown countless examples of just how possible it is to prevail against all odds, and for the Party these examples are elevated to the status of genuine articles of faith.
The future belongs to the working class.
The American Communist Party extends its best wishes for a happy Fourth of July to the American people.
Today marks the ratification of the American people’s declaration of independence against the British Empire, now exactly 249 years ago. It also commemorates the founding of the first truly independent American state, making today significant for all the peoples of the Americas who went on to liberate themselves from colonial slavery and subjugation.
The American revolution and war of independence was fought by ordinary, everyday common people fighting against what they regarded as a foreign occupation. It was a genuine people’s revolution, which stirred revolutionary feeling even amongst the lowest strata of the masses. It was a war fought by people across different races and creeds in pursuit of the construction of a single American Republic by, for, and of the people.
The first American war of independence was the first genuine expression of the American people’s popular sovereignty, which served as the true foundation for the United States of America as we know it. However, the American people could not then be aware of the class contradictions which would ultimately lead the dream of a single American republic to be betrayed at every turn by private, avaricious, and self-centered interests aligned with the colonial powers of old Europe.
Despite the continuous betrayal of treacherous elites, the American people have kept the dream of building a united American republic alive across history, carefully safeguarding and maintaining their sacred historical memories of this long struggle.
We now enter a decisive point in which the Constitution of the United States of America no longer acts, even formally, as the foundation of any popular sovereignty, where private capitalist interests — both foreign and domestic — have completely usurped the state entirely, and where the people’s will is no longer of any significance or consequence.
The simple truth is that America today is an occupied country, and our Party is proud to loudly proclaim the need for a second war of independence — independence from the parasitical global oligarchy, unconstitutional federal agencies, foreign lobbyists, landlord monopolists, and institutional civil society (media, academia, NGOs, etc).
The struggle to complete the American national project, to construct a united American Republic, and to restore American popular sovereignty are now inexorably tied to the struggle of the American working class to gain political supremacy over this land.
The American Communist Party condemns in the strongest possible terms the illegal and criminal act by the Trump administration and US regime at large in violating the national sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in what now amounts to a declaration of war without congressional approval.
The American Communist Party calls upon the people to mobilize, contact their state and federal representatives, and loudly protest the criminal US occupation regime’s decision to drag our country into war.
It is clear that the forces behind the US regime, which has developed into an outright, illegitimate occupation entity at war with its own population and with the people of the entire world, have long been planning a war on Iran — in order to trigger region and potentially world-wide chaos and instability. Such destructive acts are necessary, in the eyes of the Wall St. and global financial capitalist cartels — to fundamentally restructure and reorder the world according to the rapacious dictates of imperialist monopoly capital.
The war against Iran is not only a war on Iran, its people, and the region — but a declaration of war against all the freedom-loving peoples of mankind, including the American people themselves. All Americans of free conscience — regardless of their political and ideological affiliations — must come together to resist and do their utmost to oppose the predatory imperialist war of terror, extermination and plunder against the people of Iran. This war will undoubtedly, in addition to bringing carnage, destruction and terror upon the region — become the pretext under which freedom-minded Americans across the political spectrum will be repressed and persecuted on grounds of ‘sedition.’
The war will give the US regime the ‘emergency powers’ necessary to completely destroy whatever remains of our constitutional and popular sovereignty as a Republic. History will remember this day as marking the beginning of the end of the United States of America as we know it. History will condemn into oblivion and accursed infamy all those forces who, in an outrageous and unspeakably criminal act, decided to drag our country into what can potentially escalate into a world war on behalf of the genocidal, fascist, and illegitimate Zionist entity.
The Zionist entity and its agents have usurped American constitutional and popular sovereignty in such an open and brazen way that the people’s will and opinion has become an absolute nonfactor in the major decision-making calculus of our regime. Gone are the days where it was even necessary to build popular consensus for war. America exists under a state of occupation, and the financial capitalist elites ruling it are betting on the fact that the American people are too passive and disunited to fundamentally challenge them.
The Party calls upon the American people to disprove their wager: to loudly, openly, and defiantly make their voices and will known. Our Party extends an open invitation to all other organizations to join forces to begin demonstrations, marches, and campaigns of protest to oppose the war against Iran.
Today marks a point of no return, and at this decisive hour the American people must exhaust every means available to them to assert their popular sovereignty. History will remember those who were silent in these hours, and those who took the initiative to stand up in defense of both the American people, the people of Iran, and the people of the world.
The American Communist Party regards that events transpiring in California anticipate the coming constitutional crisis of the United States of America and the second American Civil War.
On the one hand, there has emerged the unconstitutional expansion and creation of federal agencies like ICE, empowered by an electoral mandate. On the other hand lies a clear rupture at the level of government between federal and state levels and widespread opposition to the electoral mandate in regions with significantly large immigrant populations like Southern California.
Mexican immigrants in Southern California, further, have deep historical ties to the land which predates the acquisition of California by the United States. They have long become normal, natural components of society in Southern California — a social embededness which goes far deeper than the formalism of documents, titles of citizenship, etc.
Under the current form of the United States, such nuances between different regions cannot be recognized due to the rigid and inflexible bureaucratic formalism of federal and state governments, which are by their nature blind to civilizational and historical considerations — and thus destined to recklessly provoke civil disharmony within society.
Due to historical and civilizational considerations the Party regards the Mexican people living in Southern California as part of the American people, regardless of their formal citizenship status. Simultaneously, it also recognizes how the Democratic Party is attempting to employ these protestors as their political pawns, attempting to depose the Trump administration due to its foreign policy orientation.
The Party regards the conflict as unsolvable under the current system, and believes it will only accelerate.
The protests and correspondingly clashing responses by federal and state governments have revealed a deep fracture within the United States, by no means confined to the L.A. protests. Governor Newsom recently expressed the viewpoint that California should consider withholding taxes to the federal government — in response to Trump’s proposed cuts to government spending in California.
Governor Newsom has further voiced his opposition to the federal government intervention in California — revealing a deep and unprecedented disunity in the form of US governance.
Such conflicts reveal how political polarization across the nation is now beginning to acquire formal significance in constitutional, legal, and political conflicts between federal and state governments — confirming the view long held by the American Communist Party that a second American Civil War is brewing, which will accompany the constitutional breakdown of the United States of America as we know it.
The American Communist Party regards the real roots of the conflict to lie in the systemic dysfunction of the United States itself and incompatibility of the rapacious, imperialist appetites of the monopoly capitalist class with the popular sovereignty of the American people.
The contradictions of imperialist hegemony — a hegemony that has taken hold both among Democratic state governors and the administration — can no longer be sustained or disguised by our Republic.
Not since the first civil war have the American people been as divided as they are now.
Only the American Communist Party is guided by the necessary foresight and principles to reunify and reconstitute the American nation on the basis of popular sovereignty.
The American Communist Party condemns and calls upon the American people to reject recently announced plans by the Trump administration to allow Palantir, a private corporation with deep ties to the Mossad and the CIA, to build a database compiling the personal information of American citizens.
This agenda represents an unprecedented assault on the privacy, dignity and security of the American people — built up as the culmination of the Bush era ‘Patriot Act,’ which was a declaration of war on both the constitution and the rights and liberties of all Americans. There is no doubt that this plan, if implemented, will give deep state actors nearly unlimited power to control, manipulate, and abuse the American public according to the whims of the monopoly capitalist class — regardless of the presidential administration and ruling duopoly party.
All freedom-loving Americans should wake up and oppose the blatant, open, and brazen agenda by Silicon Valley oligarchs to hijack our government and reshape it according to their techno-feudalist vision. While the United States government has long been occupied by an unaccountable and unconstitutional deep state, a semi-secret organ of monopoly capitalist class dictatorship, recent steps taken by the current administration reflect a tendency toward open and brazen dictatorship — without regard for the liberties, dignity, and constitutional rights of the American people.
Palantir, which has long acted as a ‘middle man’ between the government and its agenda, has succeeded in monopolizing what has become a form of political and state power. Its power is increasing to such an extent that it poses a legitimate threat to what little already remains of the sovereignty of our Republic.
The Silicon Valley oligarchical class, while presenting themselves as independent-minded and forward-thinking, are in reality the creation of the same international financial capitalist cartels and generational dynasties — who have propped up and are employing a fraudulent "tech billionaire" class to serve as the face of their long-term plans for open fascist dictatorship, and the transformation of the US Republic into the open fascist cartel of financial elites.
The tech-oligarchs have long presented their agenda to concretize, formalize, and enshrine openly into law the invisible dictatorship of the deep state as ‘revolutionary,’ ‘populist,’ and ‘anti-establishment.’
Freedom-loving Americans must wake up and see this scam for what it is, an attempt to present what is in reality the ultimate consolidation and control by the deep state hegemony as its opposite. They must be wary and suspicious of the proliferation of Right-Wing ideology, presenting itself as a ‘red pill’ while in actual fact programming Americans to accept slavery, feudalism, and the destruction of any semblance of remaining constitutional rights.
All Americans across the aisle must come together and unite, forming a popular front to defend our constitutional rights against this agenda.
On this Mother’s Day, we extend our deepest gratitude and solidarity to all mothers — working class heroines who embody the strength, resilience, and nurturing spirit that sustain our families and our nation.
Mothers are the backbone of our communities, often balancing multiple roles — caregivers, workers, educators, and activists. Their labor, both visible and invisible, is essential to the well-being of their families and the advancement of our collective struggle. From the early morning hours to late at night, they ensure that their children are fed, educated, and loved, all while contributing to the workforce and supporting social movements.
Mothers have also been at the forefront of struggles for justice, equality, and peace. From the early labor movements to contemporary protests against war and inequality, mothers have organized, marched, and fought for a better future. In honoring mothers today, we recognize their indispensable role in both the private and public spheres.
We acknowledge the immense sacrifices they make and the profound impact they have on shaping a just and equitable society. Let us commit to supporting mothers in all their endeavors and ensuring that their contributions are valued and celebrated every day.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers who inspire us with their courage, love, and unwavering dedication to building a better future for all.
Today, we commemorate the 80th anniversary of Victory Day — an enduring symbol of the triumph of the people over fascist tyranny and barbarism.
On this day in 1945, Nazi Germany surrendered to the Soviet Union, bringing an end to the most destructive war the world has ever known.
As Communists, we especially take pride in honoring the role of the Soviet Union, a socialist and Communist-led state, which bore the brunt of the Nazi war machine and emerged as the decisive force in its defeat.
Over 27 million Soviet citizens — soldiers and civilians alike — gave their lives in that struggle. It was the Red Army that broke the back of fascism at Stalingrad, Kursk, Budapest, and Berlin. Their heroism, their sacrifice, and their unwavering commitment to justice are forever etched in the memory of humanity.
Today, as fascism once again rears its head around the globe in new and insidious forms-from racist nationalism to authoritarian repression-it is not enough to simply remember the past. We must honor the legacy of those who died fighting fascism by carrying forward their struggle. We must organize, educate, and mobilize in defense of working class. We must build a world based not on profit, but on solidarity, equality, and peace.
To call ourselves Communists is not merely to adopt a political label. It is to take up the mantle of those who stood against Hitler and Mussolini. It is to strive each day to be worthy of that name, by fighting for a better future.
On this Victory Day, we remember, we honor, and we recommit ourselves to the eternal cause of labor.
Onwards, to victory!
The American Communist Party unequivocally condemns the US regime’s recent airstrikes in Yemen, which have resulted in significant civilian casualties, including women and children. These attacks, purportedly targeting the Ansar Allah-led government in Yemen, have instead devastated civilian areas, exacerbating the already dire humanitarian crisis in the region.
In a particularly heinous incident, a U.S. airstrike targeted a group of people standing in a circle, an act that President Trump callously boasted about on social media, claiming they were militants planning attacks on commercial vessels. However, reports from the ground indicate that the gathering was most likely a civilian one, raising serious concerns about the accuracy of U.S. intelligence and the reckless use of military force.
Such actions constitute blatant war crimes and sharply contradict the anti-war promises Trump made during his campaign, where he assured the American people that he would end the long-standing policy of worldwide military aggression. The Party calls for an immediate cessation of these criminal acts and demands justice for all civilians victimized by these blatant atrocities. The Party salutes the steadfastness, resilience, and bravery of the Yemeni people in the face of relentless Zionist warmongering.
This act is a betrayal of the mandate upon which Trump was elected. The overwhelming majority of the US population rejects adventurist, endless wars, which have consistently ended in disaster, national humiliation, and international shame. The Party calls upon all independent-minded Americans to unite against the imperialist policy of bloody war and mass-murder.
The Yemeni people now fight courageously to resist the Zionist war-machine. The damages this causes to international trade pale in comparison to recent economic policies by the Trump administration itself.
Just as Americans have the right to sacrifice international trade relations for the sake of American independence, so too do the people of Yemen have the right to defend the regional sovereignty of their people against an ongoing genocide.
The American Communist Party would like to express its deepest fraternal solidarity with all Communist, socialist and progressive forces within Turkey struggling amidst tumultuous political and social developments.
While in principle, the Party rejects meddling in the internal affairs of other countries, we stand in full solidarity with our principled anti-NATO and anti-EU Turkish Communist comrades currently facing persecution and arrest by Turkish authorities.
It is necessary to remember the deep legacy of NATO’s fascist Operation Gladio in Turkey, and the long, righteous, and honorable struggle of Left-Wing forces within Turkey against the forces of US-NATO imperialism. We stand in full solidarity with the Turkish people in their struggle for true sovereignty and independence.
We are moved by the bravery and steadfastness of our Communist comrades in raising high the red banner amidst such troubling times. We wish sincerely for all Left-Wing and Communist forces within Turkey to unify and rally around opposition to all NATO, EU forces, and to have the confidence to recognize that they need not follow behind the forces of liberalism — that circumstances are ripe for genuine Communist leadership not only in Turkey but around the entire world.
In America, in Turkey, and in all lands, the future belongs to the working class.
The American Communist Party strongly condemns the recent bombing and murder of Yemeni civilians by the criminal US regime.
At the moment, the regime is attempting to dupe the American people into believing that the Yemeni fighters have been engaging in unprovoked and wanton aggression by blocking Red Sea shipping lanes and targeting shipping vessels.
The truth is that the brave people of Yemen have been acting in response to the Zionist-led genocide in Gaza that is being funded by American tax dollars. The inaction of neighboring Arab states, and the American regime’s culpability in facilitating this genocide, are the principal aggressions in response to which the people of Yemen have been forced to act.
They have been forced to act against the Zionists’ criminal blockade of humanitarian aid in the absence of courage by their neighbors. If world powers like the United States will not utilize their leverage over the Zionist entity to cease their criminal acts, then the humble and courageous people of Yemen have demonstrated that they will step up instead.
The people of Yemen are desperately trying to draw and sustain attention to the Gaza genocide. Rather than investigate the causes of their actions, the US regime responds with terrorism and intimidation tactics.
The people of Yemen are not unreasonable. We call upon the US government to peacefully negotiate with the government of Yemen, acknowledge and take responsibility for the criminal actions of the Zionist entity, listen to the complaints and protests of the Yemeni people, cease all foreign aid to the Zionist entity, and end its policy of ignoring egregious crimes like the blockade of humanitarian aid.
The American people did not consent to their government causing so much suffering, instability and chaos in such a faraway region. All patriotic Americans must call upon their government to cease its aggression toward the region if they do not want to be roped into yet another disastrous forever war.
The American Communist Party expresses its deepest revolutionary solidarity with all forces defending their homeland and people against foreign aggression and condemns the criminal acts of the US regime.
The American Communist Party strongly condemns the dangerous precedent established by the Trump administration’s attempt to deport student and green-card holder Mahmoud Khalil over their views on the Palestinian conflict.
Under the pretext of claiming Khalil “led activities aligned with Hamas,” Khalil has been arrested and detained by ICE. This language purposefully attempts to convey the message that Khalil violated federal laws surrounding material support for Foreign Terrorist Organizations. In actual fact, Khalil merely expressed his own views about the Palestinian conflict which had no material connection to Hamas whatsoever.
It is necessary for all freedom-loving and independent-minded Americans to ask themselves: How long before such flagrant violations of the First Amendment are applied to US citizens themselves?
It is clear that vindictive Zionists have brazenly and boastfully hijacked the office of government in order to punish critics of the Zionist entity — without why regard for our constitution and our values as Americans.
For years, the Democratic Party weaponized the state to silence critics of the Kiev government and trampled underfoot the constitutional liberties which serve as the foundation of our governments legitimacy. Trump ran on a mandate to restore the free speech rights and liberties of US citizens. Now it seems the same treatment is being given to critics of Zionism.
We call upon all independent citizens regardless of their affiliation to stand against the Zionist agenda to usurp our constitutionally enumerated rights and liberties. Americans must come together to defend our sovereignty and our rights as a free people, a duty that goes beyond ideologies and opinions.
This weaponization of federal agencies to settle ideological scores is brazen, reckless, arbitrary, and devoid of rhyme or reason. It sets a very dangerous precedent for arbitrarily silencing all critics of the regime and the system in general.
On this International Working Women’s Day, the American Communist Party would like to honor the revolutionary spirit of women workers, activists, and leaders who have fought vigorously against capitalist exploitation, oppression, and inequality.
International Working Women’s Day is rooted in the legacy of working-class women’s struggles for higher wages, better working conditions, and the right to organize. It was to honor the memory of the courageous 1909 strike of women garment workers in New York that led the German communist, Clara Zetkin, to propose an International Working Women’s Day.
It would first be celebrated as a national holiday by American socialists and communists in 1910 before becoming an international holiday in 1911. Contrary to the capitalists’ attempt to sanitize its significance, the origins of this holiday are rooted in women’s struggles against the parasitic capitalist system that continues to exploit and indebt men and women around the world.
As Alexandra Kollontai put it, the “struggle for the full and absolute liberation of women means the struggle for the victory of communism.” This is a struggle that both men and women embark on together, shoulder to shoulder, as revolutionary workers.
Women, as Mao said, “hold up half the sky.” In the history of revolutions women have always played a fundamental role as workers, revolutionaries, and mothers.
The American Communist Party will continue the revolutionary fight which gave rise to International Working Women’s Day. Together we can rid this world of those who exploit, oppress, and drown working-class people in debt.
The Future Belongs to the Working Class.
Last night, American Communist Party Executive Chairman Haz Al-Din was detained and interrogated by the Department for Homeland Security for 5 hours upon arriving home to Michigan at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.
Additionally, International Secretary Christopher Helali was likewise detained and interrogated by customs upon arriving home.
Both were questioned for attending the funeral of martyred Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, despite being something that fully falls within their constitutionally enumerated rights and liberties.
Americans from all walks of life must come together to oppose the Zionist campaign to eliminate the rights and liberties of American citizens. Furthermore, it is high time American citizens critically examine why the US government designates Hezbollah as a foreign terrorist organization but not “Israel,” which is responsible for the indiscriminate slaughter of tens of thousands of civilians just over the past year.
The American Communist Party has taken note of the inauguration of the 47th president of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump.
It is our view that the systemic contradictions of the United States of America rapidly drive it toward constitutional dissolution. The contradiction between the official form of the state and the real content of America’s novel historical circumstances have already brought the former past a point of termination. The reconstitution of the United States is now inevitable.
With the reshaping of territory, signaled by the incoming administration’s public designs on Canada, Greenland and Panama, comes an inevitable reshaping of state power. This is a reshaping that is certain to divide both the highest levels of power and the country as a whole.
The Party affirms its commitment, outlined in its Program and Constitution, toward the construction of One United Republic in America, the full restoration of popular sovereignty, and the promotion of the principle of national self-determination in both North America and in all other nations affected by US and NATO Imperialism.
The Party exercises utmost vigilance, just as it had under the previous administration, in defending the constitutionally and civilly enumerated rights and liberties of the American people against illegitimate exercises of state power.
The change in administration does nothing to dissuade the Party’s commitment to deepening the just struggle of American labor.
The future belongs to the working class.
The fight goes on.
As Los Angeles is engulfed in flames, it’s not the Hollywood and media elite who suffer, but the poorest and most vulnerable members of our society. It is an invisible working class, rather than various celebrities, producers, and industry executives that Los Angeles is known for internationally, that bears the brunt of the criminal negligence and incompetence of municipal, state, and federal governments in the face of natural disasters like this.
The repeated inability of the US government to provide minimal relief, assistance, and aid to its own citizens in the midst of natural disasters increasingly indicts its claim to power. One of the most fundamental tasks of governance since the beginning of recorded history has been organizing populations and providing them with relief in the midst of natural catastrophes. The US government is failing to fulfill the most minimal and baseline functions of governance.
That is not to say it lacks the capacity. For the cause of providing Ukraine and the Zionist entity weapons to murder innocent civilians in the Donbass and Palestine, the US government never seems to shirk its duties, never appears to demonstrate the same level of incompetence and neglect. In fact, the California state government is guilty of funneling aid and supplies which could have been put in the service of US citizens but was instead redirected to support the criminal Kiev regime.
The crisis affecting California demonstrates that our country’s problems go far beyond issues of competence and governance. Toward aims that fulfill the agenda of the ruling capitalist class, the US government is the most competent and effective in the world. Our country faces a brutal form of class warfare, and every working class life destroyed by the fires in Los Angeles is a casualty of the capitalist class’ war of extermination against the American people. The tax dollars, sacrifices, and labor of the American working class are what form the foundation of the US government. And the US government is simply not holding up its end of the social contract.
With this simple fact in mind, the California Chapter of the American Communist Party has already begun mobilizing to provide relief and assistance to working class communities in Los Angeles, stepping in where municipal, state, and federal governments have failed.
Our Party is in the process of mobilizing cadre from across the state and outside the disaster zone to pool their labor and resources to provide on-the-ground assistance for the people of Los Angeles. Communists will assist in evacuating as many civilians as possible to shelters. Our medically trained cadre will provide first aid at shelters for the injured, while other cadre will bring other crucial supplies. Our cadre will assist with clean-up and, wherever possible, participate in reconstruction efforts.
While our Party lacks the vast resources and wealth of the US government, it will do everything in its power to serve the people of Los Angeles amidst the criminal neglect and incompetence of the ruling class.
The American Communist Party affirms its commitment to opposing any interference by the United States government in Latin America and in resolutely opposing U.S. imperialism against Latin America, including any and all schemes to infringe upon the sovereignty of Latin American countries.
The Party strongly condemns the recent aggressive statements made by President-elect Donald Trump against Panama.
It is clear that the American ruling capitalist class is attempting to embark upon a renewed campaign of aggression toward Latin America. From Elon Musk’s attempt to intervene in recent Venezuelan presidential elections to increasingly aggressive threats to invade Mexico, U.S. imperialism is being given an ideological make-over.
Since the presidency of Barack Obama, U.S. imperialism has disguised its agenda under the ‘progressive,’ ‘humanitarian,’ ‘liberal,’ and ‘woke’ pretext. Now, with the backing of Silicon Valley elites, the ideological pretext of U.S. hegemony is undergoing a reorientation, toward outward, shameless, and open militarist aggression and expansionism for the sake of naked self-interest.
The Party is following these developments very carefully. It has long been anticipated that the ruling class will find it necessary to adopt an openly neo-fascist orientation in order to salvage increasingly bankrupt U.S. imperialist hegemony.
This wanton, naked aggression which seeks to tramples underfoot the sovereignty of Latin American countries reflects the desperation of the global Atlanticist ruling classes amidst the economic and geopolitical ascendency of China, Russia, and other countries. It reflects an overall degenerate tendency of American-led global capitalism toward self-consuming madness and barbarism.
The Party will resolutely oppose and resist any attempt to infringe upon the sovereignty of Latin America. While the Party in principle supports the progressive tendency toward regional integration, pan-American integration is possible only on the basis of agreement between sovereign states and peoples.
With respect to the question of Trump’s comments on Canada and Greenland, the Party would like to direct special attention to the complexities surrounding this issue. Canada, a member of the British commonwealth, has long been a bulwark of Atlanticist reaction and has overall exercised a reactionary influence upon the development of the United States.
It has long been the aspiration of the American revolutionary tradition — as well as the view of Marx and Engels themselves — for Canada to be included in the United States as the final blow to British and European colonialism in North America.
However, it is necessary to consider carefully the conditions under which such an annexation would take place. Any violation of the sovereignty of any people anywhere by the U.S. regime, is simultaneously a violation of the sovereignty of the American people themselves. The same apparatuses of imperial and neo-colonial control, which bypass any democratic, constitutional, and sovereign legitimation, will and have inevitably been applied to the American people themselves.
The Party watches these developments closely and vigilantly and rejects any pretext whatsoever for the U.S. regime to expand its powers beyond those enumerated in the U.S. constitution.
On the other hand, under the circumstances in which Trump’s attempt to acquire Canada and Greenland (which is held by Denmark, a NATO member state) will deepen the rift between his administration and NATO, the Party remains open to the possibility that such developments may have a potentially progressive significance.
The Party lends its full support to the goal of a swift and complete exit of the United States from NATO.
The American Communist Party would like to wish all observing Christians in both America and throughout the world a Merry Christmas!
Christmas commemorates the birth of one of the greatest and most well-known revolutionaries in the history of humanity, Jesus Christ. It has long been the aim of ruling classes throughout history to erase the revolutionary significance of Christ’s message to mankind and to draw attention away from the fact that Jesus sought to emancipate the people of both Judea and the entire world from the tyrannical rule of the Roman creditor class.
The first sermon of Jesus Christ announced the restoration of the biblical Jubilee year — an ancient tradition which forgave all debtors, restored land to the dispossessed, and kept in check the power of the creditor class. This tradition had been forgotten in Judea after centuries of Greek and Roman occupation.
Acts 4:32 and Acts 2:44-45 establish clearly the communistic goals of the first followers of Jesus Christ in establishing a society that stood in stark contrast to the institution of private property which served as the foundation of debt-slavery:
”All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had.”
“Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need.”
Jesus Christ was persecuted for the crime of standing up for the debtors, the oppressed, the forsaken, and the abandoned and for the crime of speaking against the creditors, the oppressors, the exploiters, and the arrogant elites of his time.
On this day, the Party seeks to truly uphold the sacred and immortal memory of Jesus Christ by remaining faithful to the revolutionary message he died to bring mankind.
The fight against ruling creditor classes continues on to this day as Americans find themselves impoverished and immiserated with insurmountable debt.
The first point of the American Communist Party program — cancellation of all debts, private and public — heeds the call of the first sermon of Jesus Christ, for the restoration of the Jubilee year.
The American Communist Party proudly stands with the striking Amazon workers on picket lines across the nation.
The struggle of the Teamsters at Amazon represents the struggle of America’s entire working class. It is tied to the fate not only of Amazon workers but also railway, industrial, commercial, and service workers: in sum, the overwhelming majority of all Americans.
It is the labor of our working class that fuels the super-profits of parasites like Jeff Bezos, poised to become the first trillionaire in history, and whose class is destroying the country we hold so dear. These profits come at the expense of the basic human dignity of the working class, the productive capacity of the American economy, and the health of American families and communities. Every dollar lining the blood-drenched pockets of this social scum was earned not by hard work but from the work of the people on the shop floor, in the trucks, and in the warehouses.
We applaud the efforts of Sean O’Brien and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters for their resolve and capacity to take part in the struggle against these forces in the class war.
As this conflict intensifies, all American workers must stand unflinchingly against the forces already aligned against us, as soldiers in combat against a ruling class that does not hesitate to use any and all means at its disposal to destroy the cause of labor.
This battle is not the first and it will not be the last. We look towards victory and a new America free of the parasites.
The future belongs to the working class.
The American Communist Party condemns in the strongest possible terms the recent passing of H.R. 5349 — the “Crucial Communism Teaching Act” — in the U.S. House of Representatives. This act, attempts to institutionalize the falsifications and lies propagated by the so-called "Victims of Communism Foundation" by forcibly inserting them into all public high school curriculums. The stated purpose of the bill is to teach students that "communism has led to the deaths of over 100,000,000 victims worldwide," to promote understanding of its "dangers," and that "1,500,00,00 people still suffer under communism."
The bill passed with 327 yays, 62 nays, and 43 abstentions. Noticeably, Democrats and Republicans voted to pass this bill in similar proportions. The overwhelming majority of the so-called "progressive caucus" also voted in favor of this bill, which seeks to institutionally exonerate Nazi collaborators.
The Party draws its attention to these facts in order to demonstrate clearly that by no means do the Democrats and Republicans represent a "left-right" axis in this country, but rather one unified Right. The Party would also like to congratulate all those in congress who voted Nay for taking a principled stance in defense of the American people’s freedom of conscience.
It is obvious why the American Communist Party rejects this anti-Communist provocation. The notion that Communism is responsible for the deaths of 100 million people is a blatant falsification conjured up by the authors of the so-called "Black Book of Communism," who later admitted to having skewed the data beyond reasonable proportions in order to reach such a dramatic and sensational number. Moreover, the notion that 1.5 billion people "suffer" under Communist governments today is preposterous, and even directly contradicts independent studies conducted by universities like Harvard, which found that 95.5% of Chinese citizens, for example, support the central government.
The American Communist Party challenges the “Victims of Communism Foundation” to a public debate, where the American people can see for themselves whether their various falsifications of history they seek to imprint upon the young and impressionable minds of their children can hold up to minimal scrutiny by independent-minded adults. Further, we call for an independent commission to, first of all, determine the factual veracity of their claims.
However, we would like to draw attention to the fact that one need not be a Communist or a member of our Party to comprehend the dangers posed by this bill to the rights and liberties of the American people. Firstly, it is a violation of the American people’s freedom of conscience to institutionally determine how they should appraise Communist ideas. The topic of Communism continues to be a subject of debate and discussion, and lobbies funded by billionaires should not be at liberty to arbitrarily restrict the range of opinion available to the American people and their children.
Secondly, H.R. 5349 is wholly anti-American not only in form but in spirit, in its attempt to set the precedent for European-style “anti-totalitarian” legislation that serves to limit and restrict freedom of speech. Questions pertaining to Communism and other ideologies for that matter should be determined by the free conscience of independent citizens rather than the U.S. government.
Thirdly, H.R. 5349 institutionalized the curriculum of what is effectively an organization whose power and scope of activity is non-enumerated by our constitution. The ‘Victims of Communism’ foundation, alongside the various federal agencies, represent the rise of shadowy, dangerous, and unaccountable powers in no way enumerated by the sovereignty of the American people. The ‘Victims of Communism’ foundation is an arm of globalist and neoliberal deep-state forces, which are attempting to further penetrate into the institutions of government by having their power formalized unconstitutionally and illegally. Such foundations have no right whatsoever to exert any kind of control whatsoever upon the American people.
Fourthly, all independent-minded citizens concerned with protecting the constitutional liberties of the American people, communist, non-communist, or even anti-communist, should see the writing on the wall based on the experience of events like the Maidan coup in Ukraine, which were precipitated by the adoption of similar such legislation. Victoria Nuland is on record having admitted to the fact that the Department of State allocated billions to mold and brainwash the minds of the Ukrainian people for decades before the coup in Maidan.
This law lays the foundation and sets the precedent for an eventual complete usurpation of the U.S. constitution in order to implement a Ukraine-style fascist dictatorship. It is institutionalizing precisely the ideology that would sanction such a usurpation. The purpose of such anti-communist legislation is the exoneration of Nazi collaborationism and Nazism historically. It represents an attempt by the deep state to expand its ‘Ukraine project’ to the United States itself.
Our constitution does not sanction the institutionalization of ideologies and opinions, which belong to the realm of the individual conscience. If the ideologists at the ‘Victims of Communism’ foundation are so confident in their opinions and claims about history, they should be able to defend those based on their merits to independent adult citizens so-inclined to hear them, rather than attempt to forcefully shove them down the throats of their children.
One-hundred and five years ago, Armistice Day was proclaimed to celebrate the end of the “war to end all wars.” Since that historic announcement, the Occupied U.S. government has been in a state of perpetual war on behalf of a handful of monopoly capitalists with no loyalty to the nation it bleeds at the front. From Vietnam to Iraq, the disastrous policy of imperialism has destroyed entire nations and compromised trust in America for the purpose of merciless looting and plunder by an exploiting few.
Not content with inflicting death, destruction and suffering of millions of innocent civilians, the ruling imperialist clique impoverishes and immiserates the very same veterans it used to carry out its atrocities against mankind. Veterans comprise more than one in ten homeless individuals, and one half are left with mental health disorders. 80% of veterans struggle with alcohol abuse, 30% battle drug addiction, and 33% will take their own life. Young men preyed upon as early as High School suffer the consequences of the inhuman foreign policy of the ruling class and are abandoned when they are no longer useful for it. Nothing can serve as further proof of the fact that the warmongers serve only the cause of enriching the profits of monopoly capital.
The American Communist Party extends its revolutionary solidarity with the veterans and servicemen of the U.S. Armed Forces who have been deceived, exploited, and abandoned by the Occupied U.S. Government. It upholds the vision of George Washington, who warned against “permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world,” and stands against the unpatriotic and imperialist foreign policy of the war machine. It calls for a comprehensive and immediate political solution to the U.S. veterans’ crisis and the uncompromising destruction of the Military-Industrial Complex that is the source of the barefaced robbery and exploitation of the American people and the people of the world.
The Party stands with the abandoned veterans of the United States and fights to smash the American imperialist war machine. The only legitimate American war it recognizes is the class war, and the only victory it recognizes as belonging to the American people is the political supremacy of the working class.
On the 107th anniversary of the October Revolution, the American Communist Party would like to extend its revolutionary solidarity and greetings to the forces of anti-imperialism and proletarian class struggle worldwide.
Since the official dissolution of the USSR in 1991, many regarded the immortal historical significance of the Great October Socialist Revolution as liquidated. The historical memory of this great event was nearly forgotten, as the venal falsifiers of history, under the direct payroll of world imperialism, spent decades attempting to discredit the first successful proletarian revolution in the history of mankind.
The development of world history since the dissolution of the USSR has confirmed that the true significance of the October revolution still has yet to be fully appreciated by today’s prevailing ideological consciousness.
Despite having occurred over a century ago, the world has yet to recover from or fully draw out the implications of this monumental and decisive period of modern history, which laid the foundation of both a fundamentally new form of state power and paradigm of modernization.
Today’s pseudo-intellectual commentators lament the rise of a post-liberal world order, but what they neglect to appreciate is that it was none other than the October Revolution that marked the transition of modern history from the liberal to post-liberal era.
As a new, cybernetically-driven form of mass politics overwhelms so-called ‘liberal democracies,’ long adorned with the false conceit of representing the “end of history” and the final, most advanced form of statehood, it is necessary to remember how political liberalism was objectively outmoded after the events of 1917 — in the wake of both of the rise of proletarian dictatorship and imperialism.
The October Revolution gave rise to the most advanced form of statehood yet achieved by mankind, known as the dictatorship of the proletariat.
The superior flexibility and adaptability of this form of state dictatorship has proven itself comprehensively by the example of the People’s Republic of China, and many other states shaped by the legacy of the October Revolution.
Today’s Western ‘liberal democracies’ struggle to catch up with the objective development of history, torn apart by contradictions already resolved a century ago by the events surrounding the October Revolution.
The October Revolution inspired the countless anti-colonial, anti-imperialist, and worker’s movements that have irreversibly shaped today’s world.
‘Liberal democracy,’ which is a cynical disguise for a new brazen and open form of imperialist dictatorship, itself was constructed in reaction to the superior form of statehood represented by the proletarian dictatorship.
The extra-constitutional repressive apparatuses of state power, in addition to mechanisms of economic control, originally served the purpose, in part, of suppressing the effects of this revolution. However, like all counter-revolutions, it only accomplished in hastening their final and ultimate victory.
Such a victory is finally within sight, as the American-led imperialist world order is collapsing both internally and externally in the face of a new, multi-polar world order.
Long live the immortal memory of the Great October Socialist Revolution!
Hurricane Helene devastated a 500 mile stretch of our country last week, ravaging the American South with flash floods, tornadoes, and mudslides. Millions of Americans are still without power, hundreds of thousands without cell service, and over one hundred thousand are without access to clean drinking water. The death toll has surpassed 140 so far, with thousands still missing, and damages in the range of tens of billions of dollars.
In the wake of this destruction, the American people ask: “Where is the government? Where have my tax dollars been going? Who will help us?”
As the hurricane tore through the South, President Biden was napping at his beach house in Delaware, Vice President Harris was at a press event at the Arizona border, and President Trump was on a campaign rally tour. Although the White House has issued grandstanding statements and offered some FEMA assistance, the overall response has been slow and inadequate with preparations sorely lacking. Congress remains away on recess.
During the hurricane, the White House pledged another $2.4 billion to Ukraine and $8.7 billion to Israel while National Guard units from Georgia and Tennessee were deployed abroad. Mainstream media overlooks Helene while providing primetime coverage of foreign conflicts. The United States government has over-extended our country’s resources through a preponderance of foreign wars, prioritizing the remnants of our imperialist global hegemony over American lives. The South, long abandoned and condemned by its own federal government, remains in crisis.
The American Communist Party (ACP) is responding to this disaster. Our chapters in Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida are organizing relief efforts, participating in local drives, and aiding in rebuilding. Helene is a stark reminder that local organizing, neighbors, and families — not distant politicians — form the bedrock of society. The ACP understands that we must secure and enhance local power to build community resilience.
The working class of America is one people, and we prove this every day in our collective efforts to survive and rebuild in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The U.S. government is a weapon of the declining capitalist class, and We The People are taking up the task of forging our future. The ACP proudly stands alongside the masses.
We are shocked and saddened by recent news of the murder of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah by the criminal Zionist entity.
As the people of Lebanon, the region and the entire world mourn the passing of the legendary hero and martyr, let us remember that the just cause of the resistance against the criminal Zionist entity and its Washington backers lives on.
The war against the enemies of mankind has long become global, encompassing many different fronts and battlefields which have crossed the lines of nationality, race, tribe and creed.
We at the American Communist Party have long appreciated Sayyed Nasrallah as an inspiration and a hero of all the freedom loving peoples of mankind.
We would like to express the deepest of condolences and solidarity with the people of Lebanon and the region at large.
The memory of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah will live forever in the revolutionary history of mankind.
The fight goes on.
Today, imperialist authorities are launching an unprecedented intimidation effort against critics of U.S. policy under the guise of protecting against “Russian disinformation.” But this is nothing more than a blatant attack on the very vision of freedom of speech and press that the American people once fought and died to establish.
To crush dissent, the political elites, mainstream media, and private financial monopolies are working together to wipe out any narratives which challenge their authority.
Growing numbers of Americans feel that their government is unwilling or incapable of addressing the issues which impact their everyday needs. Instead of addressing the existential problems facing everyday Americans, Republicans and Democrats work to distract and divide the American people over culture war grievances, while both parties promote genocidal imperialism abroad and fascism at home.
We understand that fascism has always been employed to defend financial monopolies against the demands of popular democracy and while making irrational and divisive appeals to the working class to preserve ruling class power. The Democrat and Republican duopoly are seeking to stomp out the class-struggle with the total suppression and exploitation of potential democratic forces.
The lead-up to the November elections are a decisive moment to preserve the legitimacy of the institutions of the ruling class. They understand that when the peoples’ consent is lost, dissent becomes an existential threat. With a crisis of legitimacy on its hands, the ruling class’ narrative couldn’t be more detached from the truth. From funding the genocide on Palestinians to the arming of Neo-Nazis in Ukraine, the Western elites have never been this exposed.
Now is a critical time to stick together and stand defiant in the face of this intimidation and repression toward brave Americans who speak the truth, to stand alongside the American people fearlessly, and to refuse to turn our backs on the poor and working men and women because we are told by the liberal and conservative media that they are too impure.
The fascist regime understands the people are ready for a fundamental change, and if presented with the vision for a new future, they will take it. The ACP is dedicated to building this vision.
It is important to remain vigilant and verify any account claiming to represent the American Communist Party.
Bad faith actors, operating with the intent to cause harm toward our Party’s reputation, often resort to falsely associating non-affiliated accounts with our Party. Some will even go as far as impersonating the Party by creating fake accounts meant to discredit our Party.
Such is the dishonorable and contemptible nature of our enemies, who lack the legitimate means to oppose us and instead rely on outright deceit to sustain their false accusations.
All affiliated ACP Chapter accounts on X are cryptographically verified, publicly listed on our website, and followed by @ACPMain. Furthermore, all public signatures can be authenticated through our secure verification system at http://acp.us/verify.
Accounts that do not fulfill the above criteria attempting to officially represent the Party should be automatically regarded as imposters and reported.
The Party reserves its right to pursue all legal avenues available to us to protect our rights, reputation and the integrity of our name. We will take decisive action against any and all individuals or entities engaged in the unauthorized use of our name, likeness, or any misrepresentation of our positions and activities.
The American Communist Party extends our congratulations toward Nicolas Maduro and the United Socialist Party of Venezuela on their victory in the 2024 Venezuelan presidential elections. The outcome of the elections is a resounding victory for the cause of socialism, sovereignty, and anti-imperialism throughout both the Americas and the world.
This victory further validates the emerging multipolar world, despite the futile attempts by the criminal U.S. regime to halt its progress. Venezuela’s unique adaptation of socialism to the Americas has shown the country to be a leading force in the development of regionally based economic systems and governance, courageously defying Washington’s unilateral, so-called “rules-based” world order.
Venezuela’s path towards independent and sovereign development has faced significant challenges. We admire the resilience of the Venezuelan people and leadership, who have recovered from both the economic turmoil and political instability imposed upon them by the criminal U.S. regime.
Despite fighting 930 U.S. sanctions, Venezuela has managed to reign in runaway inflation from 36,000% to 90% and acquired near-total food sovereignty under the leadership of President Maduro. Today, the country boasts the highest annual GDP growth in the region according to the IMF.
Furthermore, Venezuela has made tremendous strides in safeguarding its robust democratic process from foreign meddling and unconstitutional coup attempts. In response, the forces of U.S. imperialism have launched widespread astroturfed disinformation campaigns across both corporate and social media, attempting to question the integrity of Venezuela’s presidential elections.
American Communist Party Executive Board members Jackson Hinkle and Carlos Garrido were invited to observe the elections by Venezuela’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visiting over a dozen polling sites around Caracas. These included both Chavista and opposition-controlled neighborhoods. Both Hinkle and Garrido, working independently and neutrally, found the elections to be even more safe, secure and transparent than U.S. elections.
We fully reject attempts by the criminal U.S. regime, alongside its regional proxies, to violate the sovereignty of Venezuela. We extend our warm congratulations and solidarity to the Venezuelan people for their strength and defiance in righteously exercising their will as a nation, despite being under siege by U.S. imperialism.
As the American Communist Party, we are deeply inspired by this resilience, as we encourage the American people themselves to muster a similar courage in the face of the same criminal U.S. regime.
Netanyahu’s speech to the U.S. Congress not only reveals the criminality of the regime occupying the United States and its so-called “rules based” world order, but its increasingly brazen, aggressive character.
The open disregard for the basic conventions of international law set a dangerous precedent, further endangering both the security of the international community and that of the American people themselves.
As the internal crisis facing U.S. imperialism deepens, especially at the economic level, a type of madness is beginning to lay hold of the most “prestigious” and “reputable” politicians, intellectuals, commentators, and other major figures of American public life: a madness characterized by enthusiasm for self-destructive and genocidal wars on a global scale.
The lauded and warm welcome of genocidal war criminal Netanyahu by the United States Congress sets a dangerous precedent based on an open disregard for the basic conventions of civilization. There is no longer any reason to believe that the same criminal methods employed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinians cannot also be used against the American people themselves lawfully resisting their own occupied regime. The struggle of the Palestinian people is inexorably linked with the struggle for sovereignty and self-determination on a global level. As the American Communist Party, we would thus like to take this opportunity to give our official stance on Palestinian statehood:
The American Communist Party does not extend recognition to the illegitimate entity called “Israel.” The Zionist project, whose fascistic character has long become evident to the world, has always been fundamentally contrary to the historical process by which nations acquire a legitimate and authentic existence.
The Party thus extends its recognition and solidarity with the Palestinian people, in whatever capacity that they struggle for national self-determination.
Dear Comrades,
The so-called “Communist Party USA” has made several false accusations against our Party.
They claim that the American Communist Party was formed “exclusively online” and has no basis in the CPUSA itself. However, the facts, which we have thoroughly documented and are ready to publicize, show these claims to be cynical and unfounded.
Following the 32nd National Convention, a petition to oppose the Resolution 5 began circulating within CPUSA. The Sims clique unconstitutionally prohibited this petition, resulting in the dissolution of entire clubs and the expulsion of dozens of individuals.
Since the petition movement began, our Plenary Committee had begun working closely with its organizers and independent voices within Party clubs. We regard the Signatories as bringing with them the true legacy of the CPUSA, which the Sims clique has liquidated. The very originator of the petition opposing Resolution 5 is now a member of our Party. All of this is documented and will be revealed to the public in due time.
It is unsurprising that many of the social media accounts claiming to represent some of the 29 Club signatories on our Declaration have denied any participation. These accounts are controlled by individuals acting on behalf of the Sims clique, not by authentic representatives of the clubs themselves. Their responses were ordered directly by the Sims clique, down to the wording. Attached is an image providing direct evidence of this fact.
Additionally, former clubs and members of the CPUSA, who left the Party in response to its official refusal to support the anti-fascist struggle in the Donbass and later incorporated themselves as the PCUSA, have now joined our Party. These comrades have worked closely with the KPRF, numerous communist parties of the former USSR, and others throughout the world. They were instrumental in the creation of both the World Anti-Imperialist Platform and the Stop World War 3 coalition, which our Party has already formed relations with.
We will not even dignify their ridiculous ideological accusations with a response. Our principled commitment to Marxism–Leninism is demonstrated by deed and not just by word, and we are ready to be judged on that basis.
With Regards,
